Patrick Brightman – Director
Patrick is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years experience in the residential investment and development sector. He has a degree in Economics and Masters in Property Valuation and Law. Patrick is responsible for the overall direction of the company and continues to be one of the most active advisers in the block acquisition space. He enjoys travelling along with watching and playing sport. In addition to BPA Patrick continues to run a specialist development company First Penthouse.

Peter Fenwick – Director
Peter is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He also holds an honours degree in Business Studies (Major in Marketing).
Since launching his residential property development and investment company in 1986, Peter now acts as a property advisor, strategist and acquisitions expert primarily within the residential sector, nationwide.
Peter joined BPA to further strengthen the acquisitions team and will work alongside Patrick. He enjoys cooking, country pursuits, cycling, traveling and Gloucester Rugby (when they are winning).
Katy Akele – Executive Assistant
Katy is an Executive Assistant with over 18 years’ experience providing business, operational and admin support at Board-level. Katy assists with business development and marketing activities, as well as making sure the office runs smoothly. When not working or looking after her 2 children, Katy can be found listening to podcasts or walking with friends in the countryside.
